Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Knowlace (the "Service") operated by Visiored ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Knowlace is a help center software designed to empower your customers with self-service support. Reduce support requests by providing centralized, consistent, and easily accessible information. Knowlace ensures your customers always have the answers they need, improving satisfaction and efficiency.

User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You may register using a email and password or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Free and Paid Services

Knowlace offers both free and paid services. Users can create a help center for free. However, a subscription is required to publish and make it accessible to customers. Unregistered users or users without a subscription cannot publish their help center.

Payments

We use Lemon Squeezy as our third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to comply with Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You also agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or performance of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms, or if your use of the Service is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Visiored, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Visiored makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service, its content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
